So it is that time of the year again when many of the men you know are sporting sweet mustaches. The reason behind the stache is much bigger than just how good it looks. It is a global event in support of prostate cancer. The concept is simple, grow a mustache for the month of November and raise money for prostate cancer research.
You may have noticed many of the guys in the service industry are growing one. Some honourable mentions go out to, Matthew Budoloski and Donavan Robinson (Alive Bartenders), Francisco Boey and Derek Ranson (Mystique Bartenders) and Jay Kilgour and all the guys at Red Cactus. "Reason #4. Zero tips
I honestly don't expect you to tip me tons of money or even all the time. But if you notice you are not getting any service from me it is because you have not tipped me once. Why is this annoying and an issue you ask? Well you see I have to tip out the bar staff a percentage of my total sales (not percentage of tips) so if I serve you a drink and you don't tip me I actually have to pay for part of your drink out of my tips. Some people don't really know that they should tip and I understand that but I may not be so eager to serve you if you don't." read more
